Returns will only be done on faulty items. If purchased product is damaged when it arrives, you should contact us within 2 calendar days showcasing a video of the damaged item via whats app, failing which the period to accept returns ceases.
On receiving the damaged item we will process the refund within 7 working days to the same account it was paid from.
If the shipping address is modified before shipment is processed we will accommodate the change of address. (Additional shipping charges will billed to you). Pls contact us for the same.
However if the shipment is already in process no changes can be made.
